Can I buy everything on this website directly?

No. Accessories and smaller instruments can be added to the cart and paid for online. Capital equipment — laser systems, imaging and radiology installations — is supplied against a quotation, so those products carry an inquiry button instead of a price.

Do you supply outside Vadodara and Gujarat?

Yes. We are based in Alkapuri, Vadodara, and ship anywhere in India. We do not accept international orders through this website — if you are outside India, please contact us directly to discuss supply.

Can I see a product demonstration before buying?

No. We do not arrange product demonstrations ahead of purchase. Our team will instead take you through the full specifications, variants, configuration options and clinical applications over a call, so you can confirm a product suits your requirement before you order. Do you handle bulk and institutional orders?

Yes. Bulk and institutional supply is arranged directly with our team, and separate commercial terms may be agreed in writing. Mention the quantity and configuration you need in the inquiry form and we will send a quotation.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Online orders are paid at the time of ordering through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We never receive or store your card or bank details. All prices are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of GST.

Can I get a GST tax invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enter your GSTIN at checkout and it will appear on your invoice, with the tax component shown separately. A GSTIN cannot be added to an invoice after the order has been placed.

What are your shipping charges and delivery timelines?

Orders of ₹5,000 or more ship free anywhere in India; below that a flat charge of ₹150 applies, shown in your cart before you pay. Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of payment being confirmed.

What is your returns policy?

We accept returns where the item arrived damaged in transit, defective, or was not what you ordered, reported within 72 hours of delivery with photographs. For patient-safety and hygiene reasons we cannot accept change-of-mind returns, or sterile and single-use items once opened.

Is installation, training and after-sales support included?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the product. Capital equipment such as CT and radiology systems is supplied with installation, commissioning and operator training, with an annual maintenance contract available on request — the exact scope is confirmed in your quotation. Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one is offered.
