When you place an order, we collect:

• your name, email address and mobile number;
• your shipping address, including city, state and PIN code;
• your GSTIN, if you choose to provide one for a tax invoice;
• the items you ordered, their prices and any notes you added.

When you submit an enquiry, we collect your name, organisation, phone number, email address and the details of your enquiry.

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for information we do not need to fulfil your order.

We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. Your payment details are entered directly with Razorpay and are never transmitted to or stored on our systems.

We retain only a payment reference and the payment method type, which we need to reconcile your order and to process any refund.

We use your information only to:

• process, pack, ship and deliver your order;
• send you order confirmations and delivery updates;
• issue an invoice, including a GST invoice where applicable;
• respond to your enquiries and provide after-sales support;
• meet our tax, accounting and legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone. We do not use your details for unsolicited marketing.

We share the minimum information necessary with service providers who help us run this website and fulfil orders:

• Razorpay — to process payments and refunds.
• Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, so your order can be delivered.
• Supabase — the database that stores our product catalogue and order records.
• Vercel — the platform that hosts this website.
• Resend — to send order and enquiry emails.

We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

We keep order records for as long as required by Indian tax and accounting law, which is generally eight years from the end of the relevant financial year. Enquiry records are kept only as long as they remain useful for supporting you.

This website is served entirely over HTTPS. Order records are held in an access-controlled database that is not publicly readable, and administrative access is restricted and password-protected.

No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

This website does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies, and does not build a profile of you across other websites.

Your shopping cart is stored locally in your own browser so that it survives a page refresh. It is not transmitted to us until you place an order, and you can clear it at any time by emptying your cart or clearing your browser data.

Razorpay may set its own cookies when you make a payment. These are governed by Razorpay's privacy policy.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it for legal or tax reasons.

This website is intended for healthcare professionals, institutions and adult purchasers. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
