Our products are medical devices, surgical instruments and related accessories intended for use by qualified healthcare professionals and institutions.

By ordering, you confirm that you are purchasing in a professional or institutional capacity, that you are qualified or authorised to procure and use the products ordered, and that they will be used lawfully and for their intended clinical purpose.

We may decline or cancel any order where we believe this is not the case, or where the product requires a licence or authorisation the purchaser does not hold.

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Specifications, images and accessory lists are provided for guidance and may be updated by manufacturers without notice. Images are illustrative and may not depict the exact configuration supplied.

Nothing on this website is medical advice, a clinical recommendation, or a substitute for the manufacturer's instructions for use. Always read and follow the documentation supplied with a device.

Where a product is listed for enquiry rather than direct purchase, any quotation we provide is valid only for the period stated in it.

All prices shown on this website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST. The tax component is shown separately at checkout and on your invoice.

Shipping is charged at ₹150 on orders below ₹5,000, and is free on orders of ₹5,000 or more. See our Shipping Policy.

If you require a GST tax invoice, enter your GSTIN at checkout. We cannot add a GSTIN to an invoice after the order has been placed.

We try to keep prices accurate, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at a materially incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund you in full rather than supply at that price. We may change prices at any time; the price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order and payment has been received.

We may decline an order where the product is unavailable, where we cannot verify the details you provided, where the price was listed incorrectly, or where supplying it would be unlawful. If we decline an order after payment, we refund you in full.

Payment is taken online at the time of ordering through Razorpay, which supports UPI, cards, net banking and wallets. We do not receive or store your card or bank details.

Orders are only dispatched once payment is confirmed. An order for which payment was not completed is not a binding order and will not be fulfilled.

Delivery timelines and charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Cancellation, return and refund terms are set out in our Refund, Cancellation & Returns Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where one is offered, for the period and on the terms stated by that manufacturer. Warranty claims are handled in accordance with the manufacturer's process, which we will help you with.

Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, unauthorised repair or modification, improper storage or installation, or use outside the manufacturer's stated conditions.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss arising from clinical use of a product outside its intended purpose or contrary to the manufacturer's instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

The content of this website, including text, images, layout and the Jupiter Biomedical Systems name and logo, belongs to us or our suppliers. You may not reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission. Manufacturer trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Vadodara, Gujarat.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
