Shipping Policy

We ship across India. We do not currently accept international orders through this website. If you are outside India, please contact us directly to discuss supply.

Some products, particularly capital equipment, are not available for online purchase and are supplied against a quotation. These are delivered and installed under terms agreed separately.

Orders with a value of ₹5,000 or more are shipped free anywhere in India.

Orders below ₹5,000 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹150, regardless of destination.

The exact shipping charge is shown in your cart and again at checkout before you pay. There are no additional or hidden delivery charges.

Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days of payment being confirmed. Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.

Deliveries to remote PIN codes, or during periods of unusually high demand, may take longer. If we expect a significant delay on your order, we will contact you on the phone number or email address you provided.

Timelines are estimates, not guarantees, as final delivery depends on our courier partners.

When your order is dispatched we record the tracking number and courier against it. You can view the current status of your order, including tracking details, using the order link emailed to you when you placed it.

If you cannot find that link, contact us with your order number and we will resend it.

Please check your delivery address and PIN code carefully before paying. We are not able to redirect a shipment once it has been handed to the courier, and we cannot accept responsibility for orders that fail to arrive because of an incorrect or incomplete address.

If you notice a mistake in your address, contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to correct it.

Please inspect the packaging at the time of delivery. If the outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with, note this with the delivery agent where possible and report it to us within 72 hours of delivery.
